Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of EkoLab, an educational practice service operated by Novastrat Partners Ltd.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account details and keep your login secure. Student access is personal and subject to EkoLab’s displayed device limit. You may not share, copy, resell, scrape, disrupt, or misuse the service or its learning content.

Subscriptions and access

EkoLab does not offer a free trial. Paid access starts after Paystack confirms payment. The price, billing cycle, subject access, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual cycle unless cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals from your subscription page. Cancellation stops the next automatic charge; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling does not normally create a prorated refund.

Learning service

EkoLab supports exam preparation but does not guarantee a particular score, admission, or examination outcome. Availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
