This policy explains how Novastrat Partners Ltd handles information when you use EkoLab.

Information we collect

We process account and profile details, selected subjects, study activity and progress, device/session information, support communications, referral details, and subscription or transaction references. Paystack processes card and bank payment details; EkoLab does not store your full card number.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, deliver learning features, personalise study progress, verify access and payments, provide support, prevent abuse, improve EkoLab, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, authentication, database operations, communications, analytics, and payments, only as needed to provide or protect the service. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.

Your choices

You may update available profile details in EkoLab and ask about access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained.
