Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to EkoLab subscriptions supplied by Novastrat Partners Ltd.

No free trial

EkoLab does not offer a free trial. Paid access begins after Paystack confirms payment for the plan and billing cycle shown at checkout.

Cancel future renewals

You may cancel future automatic renewals from the Subscription page in your student account. Access remains available until the end of your current paid monthly or annual period. You will not be charged for the next period after cancellation is successfully scheduled.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time or a change of mind. We will investigate refund requests involving a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, or a confirmed technical payment error. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Requesting help

Email support@ekolabng.com with your EkoLab account email, Paystack reference, charge date, amount, and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers or banking passwords.
